Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
